What is Rep'd?

Rep'd is the first video communication tool for cities to connect with their residents in a safe, personalized, and proactive way.

Social media has famously failed to create a safe and productive environment for resident engagement. After 15 years at Twitter, our team built a tool to help cities keep residents informed without the noise and risks of social media.

Me and my Brother

Brothers on a mission.

In 2020, brothers Mike and Dave Baumwoll set out to improve communication within local communities amidst entrenched social media bubbles, relentless trolling, and unprecedented levels of polarization. They created Rep'd to strengthen community connections and restore trust and transparency between community members and those that lead them.

Our society relies on a strong connection between communities and their leaders. Rep'd takes that connection to the next level.
